  • Eligibility: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

  • Non-Returnable: Personalized items, sale items, and hygiene products are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days once the returned item is inspected.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
